Buffy's Beads
aim to process your mail order within 7 days.
If there is any reason why your order can not be processed within
this time you will be notified.
Due to bank
charges and packaging costs there is a minimum order value of £15.00.
There are two
ways to place an order:
1. By e-mail
Send an e-mail to orders@buffysbeads.com (NOT info@buffysbeads.com!)
stating your requirements.
Please list the item type, shape, size & colour (if applicable)
and number required.
Please also state your name, delivery address and contact telephone
number.
We will call you to confirm availability of items ordered, delivery
cost (see below) and to take your credit card details. Do
NOT send your card details on e-mail, it is NOT secure.
Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
2. By telephone
Alternatively,
call the Buffy's Beads London shop on 020 7494 2323.
Please call
between 12 and 6pm Monday to Friday ONLY.
Please do not call on Saturday or Sunday, it is too busy
(and noisy!) in the shop to be able to give you our full attention,
and the post office is shut anyway!
You will be asked for the same information as required when sending
an e-mail.
You will then be called back (usually the next day), once your order
has been packaged up, to let you know the delivery cost and to take
your credit card details.
Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
Delivery
costs
Delivery costs depend upon your delivery address and the total weight
and size of your order.
UK orders under £30 will be sent using Royal Mail's Recorded
delivery which costs 72p on top of the 1st class postage for that
weight and size.
UK orders over £30 will be sent using RM's Special delivery
which costs £4.60 for up to 100g, £5.05 for up to 500g
and £6.40 for up to 1kg (most orders are £5.05!).
If when you
receive your order the packaging is either damaged or you believe
it has been tampered with, do NOT sign for the delivery without
the postman making a record of the damage, as this means we can
not claim for loss. If you accept a damaged parcel we cannot replace
any of the contents free of charge.
